Elephant 6 Nostalgia Tour

I've reached an age where some of my generation's brightest pop musicians are doing nostalgia tours. The Olivia Tremor Control reunited! But guys, couldn't you please write us some new songs as well?...

What an interesting name for a group! But I think you should be glad the group is still alive and performing. Too many of my old favorites died of drug overdoses, plane crashes, or suicide to count. The few who survive mostly aren't performing. Or their voices have failed them, so they just wheeze onstage and we have to just remember that they once sang like nightingales! So, I'd be pleased just to hear the old groups singing still -- new lyrics would just be gravy.
