Good to hear about the local history society's meeting in Norrtälje, and I almost do not dare to ask...how did the Skeptics meeting go ??
Talking about global warming can be...frustrating. But there are no deniers up north where you can see areas of former permafrost thawing out and becoming shrubland (to the grief of the Sami, as they get less grazing land with lichen to feed the reindeer).
Try to unwind before the trip to USA. I look forward to hearing from "over there".

The meeting went well although the climate denialist manifestations threatened to bust our schedule. I felt like yelling that I for my part demanded that the annual business meeting discuss and take a stand on outstanding issues within polychaete taxonomy (Sw. havsborstmaskar).
