Considering the known etiologic and physiopathologic mechanisms of PUBS, it is surprising how rarely this situation is observed and/or reported.

A rose by any other name.... Whatever name you end up with I think this is one syndrome people are going to want to avoid as polite dinner conversation! LOL!
