The Iraq Study - how good is it?

Tim Lambert, Mike the Mad Biologist, and Mark Chu-Carroll have weighed in on the study already (in Tim's case several times), and they think that the estimate and methods were pretty good. Ordinarily, I'd be reluctant to disagree with them, but in this case I think there are some legitimate concerns with the study.
