I think that's a fluke. The Wild Republic plush toys are actually awesomely cute, and I've never seen a problem with the card they come with before (it's also printed in 4 languages).

I think John has it right. It's a bonus, the koala's inside the shark. The challenge is putting the pieces back together without spilling too much dacron.
