If you go to this page and click on the map, you will see where there are election problems and complaints and what they are (click on the state, then use the pull-down menu to choose the county in order to see a list of the actual complaints).
As expected, there are already many problems in Ohio, especially in Cuyahoga County.

Actually, Franklin County is worse than Cuyahoga. And I see that Montgomery, where I am registered, is doing quite badly as well. I wonder if my absentee ballot will end up 'lost, mutilated or destroyed.'

Yup, I saw that later that Franklin got worse than Cuyahoga. And now there is a third county (cannot access the map right now - that server is bursting at the seams) in Ohio - all three the worst in the country!
