My scientific specialty is chronobiology (circadian rhythms and photoperiodism), with additional interests in comparative physiology, animal behavior and evolution. I am not an MD so I cannot diagnose and treat your sleep problems. As well as writing this blog, I am also the Online Discussion Expert for PLoS. On paper it sounds like a good idea, but under the current administration it's only asking for trouble -- the Bush DoJ has it in for porn producers to begin with and they'll use any excuse they can to shut it down.
I'm not sure there is a reasonable solution at the present time, which is sad because it does seem there is a need.
