Southeast Portland? This guy's my neighbor! I'm going to keep an eye out for him. Always good to know when you're living near someone dangerously stupid.

And wait... a rattlesnake? In SE Portland? Was it a pet or do I need to be on the lookout for venomous snakes when I walk down the street?
