While I don't think there is such a thing as Internet Addiction, doing this quick test is fun:

I think the scores are a bit subjective. I scored a 38 with this text:

This doesn't really work, because I'm usually online doing work (I can't log OFF and do the same work, I need the info that's online) and just multitasking something unimportant in another window.
