This is part of one of the many set pieces from Shakespeare we were required to learn by heart at high school in the 1960s in New Zealand...didnt find that difficult, and recovered from schooling to love Wm. S again but-

'taste of death but once" - because they are testosterone-driven sword-whacking fools?
