Category: Fun
Posted on: July 19, 2008 1:13 PM, by Coturnix

Everyone is posting these movies and e-mailing me the URL - so here it is (is there a way to enbed these?) for your enjoyment (btw, geeky me, Doogie Howser, M.D. was my favourite show when I was a kid)

I enjoyed the Dr. Horrible series.

I don't think that they are embeddable, and for a reason. In some of the background info on the site Joss Whedon mentions that the videos will "disappear" on the 20th or 21st, to reappear later in some downloadable form for a small fee.

Yes, you can embed them. Like I did (for act 1) on my site.

You lot have been out-geeked by the knitting and crochet geeks at Ravelry. I noticed a new group for fans of Dr. Horrible late last night, and when I checked Ravelry just now, there were 79 members of that group already. :-)

They're already downloadable, for 2 bucks each or 5 for all three. Considering that this & the dvd are the only way the company (writer, actors, crew) will make any money, I'd urge people not to embed them. Or at the very least only embed one, to lure people to watch the whole thing.
