SAT Challenge update: Casual Friday postponed until Monday

We are nearly finished grading the 109 entries for the Blogger SAT Challenge. Chad Orzel has designed a way for our readers to view and rate the essays themselves, but it's not quite ready yet. We're going to take the weekend to make everything perfect (well, nearly perfect), and then we'll unveil the rating system and the official, professionally graded results.

I think it will be worth the wait. Suffice it to say, this has been a larger undertaking than Chad and I could have imagined at the outset. We've had some amazing volunteer graders who went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything got graded quickly and fairly. Next week, it'll be your turn, so tune in Monday to see how the bloggers did on the SAT test, and to weigh in with your own comments.

If you participated in the challenge, this will be your chance to find out your official score, and, if you like, to remove the veil of anonymity from your entry. You can even publish it on your own blog, and you'll get a badge with your score that you can display wherever you have password access. I'm looking forward to it, and I hope you are, too.
