Sorry for the long delay between posts. I was robbed at the beginning of the month, losing my laptop, passport, other pieces of digital technology and identification, house keys, work keys, pens, papers, business cards and so forth. I'm just now catching up with all the real-life work that piled up during the seven-days-without-a-computer phase.
I have some posts queued up, trying to finish out the lengthy series on copyright and databases. And I am going to try to write something approaching a final summary on why I don't like licensing as an approach for databases, instead preferring the public domain as first principle.
But some interesting stuff has happened in the interim. We pushed out the GreenXchange project with Nike and Best Buy. I got slashdotted in advance of my talk at eTech. And there's a lot of big stuff brewing for announcement soon...
Thanks for sticking with me during the delay. I guess RSS readers make that easier...
