Who would you choose as a lunch partner? Your decision could benefit some very important charities.

Charitybuzz, whose motto is "Do Good, Live Well," has developed an innovative model for fundraising for non-profit organizations. The simple idea is that celebrities donate their time, including special tickets to their events, and charitybuzz opens up a bidding process for specific dates. Imagine the impact such an approach could have on supporting scientific and medical research!

First, Casey Anthony. Choosing Ms. Anthony, the young Florida mother acquitted of murder charges from the death of her two year old daughter Caylee, could be a stretch. Any funds that she earns must support in part pending legal proceedings, and she has declared herself as indigent. The charitybuzz blog recently grappled with this controversial choice, raising an ethical question - would you support such an individual if it could profit a charity?

We relish creating buzz and generating revenue for our favorite non profit partners.

We truly don't think that bad judgment is a reason to avoid including a celebrity on our site.
We would love to have Charlie Sheen share his tiger blood enthusiasm with one of our winning bidders over lunch or dinner. We would relish promoting an auction that guarantees a stroll on the boardwalk with Snooki or a "lessons learned from social media" class with Anthony Weiner. All of these experiences would create BUZZ, generate smiles and result in substantial funds being raised for worthy causes.

Our corporate stomachs would turn at any experience with Casey Anthony despite her notoriety and the BUZZ it would create. Quite literally, she got away with murder. We value families and simply do not wish her well in any shape or form in the future. We like to smile with all of our auction experiences and there is nothing to smile about concerning any facet of the Anthony case.

Secondly, Bill O'Reilly

For around $2,000, you can join Bill O'Reilly for a taping of the "O'Reilly Factor" followed by a meet and greet. After all, Mr. O'Reilly did have a cameo appearance, as himself, in the film "Transformers 3."

Who benefits?

Chris Evert Charities was created to help fund programs that benefit these children; focusing on programs that keep families intact while the family members seek better lives for themselves and their families. Working closely with the Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida, Chris Evert Charities has raised more than $19.1 million dollars towards the fight against drug abuse and child neglect in Florida.

Thirdly, Selena Gomez (OK, I'll reveal that this would be my choice, for now, as I will be taking my daughter to Ms. Gomez's concert later in the summer.)

For around $20,000 you can meet Ms. Gomez with three of your friends as VIP guests at a concert of your choosing.

I might prefer Casey Anthony over Selena Gomez no matter how famous & wanted Selena Gomez is now a days but she's isn't that charming like Casey.
