Um, small correction -- it's an albino WHALE shark (Rhincodon typus), not a great white (Carcharodon carcharias). No head-ripping here, unless you're a plankter!

Awesome whale shark image! (though they only rip the heads off plankton an small fish) But they sure can slap you down with that tail!
So I guess now they're down to 1600 whales per paper, but their statistics must rock with 4500 datapoints.
