Just another lazy friday afternoon. I don't know about you, but i felt more relaxed after listening to that, almost sleepy. Maybe you need a little sting to wake you up after that? (below the fold)

Craig is temporarily a post-doctoral fellow at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute who is looking for a permanent position. He spends most of his time balancing his overwhelming geekdom with normalcy so he can function in the real world. Luckily his wife likes his geekiness.
Peter Etnoyer is a Graduate Research Associate at the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He studies deep corals and ocean fronts, and he loves to be on the water.

That clip is from Imax Deep Sea, I happen to have a copy of it on DVD. The science is a bit light, it's aimed mostly at kids, but worth watching because the whole movie is shot that beautifully.

Yes, my deep sea-crazed son has seen that Imax DVD probably 15 times. It's perfect for kids, but I don't quite get the tag-team voice over with Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet.
