It doesn't have to be published. It has already done its work. It is being cited by denialists. For example, the right-wing talk show mouth Neal Boortz (who works out of Atlanta, Ga, and is syndicated in a lot of markets outside the southern US) has mentioned it on his show, although he did not identify the originator.

Boehmer-Christiansen's actual interest was in what she calls Schulte's "research findings on the effect on patients of climate alamism/'Angst'." The good doctor (Schulte is an endocrinologist) has been quoted saying that his interest was sparked because some of his young patients are growing increasingly frightened by the public conversation about the potential effects of climate change.

Psychologists soon to recommend avoiding facts, on the grounds they may tend to cause undue stress?

Thanks for the laugh, Tim/Nexus. It has given me some inspiration; perhaps you would like to enter my little competition (no prizes): http://fergusbrown.wordpress.com/2007/09/21/competition-but-no-prizes/

I got jury duty once, so I guess that makes me a peer too.

If you need something peer reviewed send it to me and I'll see what I can do. An accompanying donation of artwork to my presidential portraits collection will improve the results.

If the link has underlines in it, they get converted to italic tags, unless you enclose the link in pointy brackets.
