All readers of this and any other ScienceBlogs blog are invited to a party in Sydney on Wednesday 17th September from 7pm onwards. We'll be in the Attic Bar of the Arthouse hotel. Daniel MacArthur, who will also be there, has a map. Finding the Attic Bar once you're in the Arthouse hotel is a little tricky -- you have to go out the back door and up the stairs on the outside of the hotel. I don't think that you can get them any more -- for a while they were a gift for subscribing to Seed magazine.

Only saw this at nearly 11pm (is currently just after), following a link from the millionth comment contest note at the top of the page, which I'd just noticed. Grrr. And it's at a place I know and could get to quite easily, too. Grrr again.

With Seed paying for the beer, how could we not have a good time?
If anyone was unable to find us on account of us being downstairs because they was having a movie night in the Attic Bar, well we drank your free beer on your behalf! Sorry.
