markhoofnagle.jpg Mark Hoofnagle has a MD and PhD in physiology from the University of Virginia, and is now a general surgery resident. His interest in denialism concerns the use of denialist tactics to confuse public understanding of scientific knowledge.

Chris Hoofnagle Chris Hoofnagle is a recovering Washington, DC lawyer and information privacy law expert at UC-Berkeley Law School. Denialism became apparent to him while working on consumer protection laws in Washington. The Denialists' Deck of Cards is essentially a how-to guide for being an industry lobbyist.

PalMD.jpgPalMD is a practicing internist in the Midwestern United States. Aside from the great joy he finds in his family and his work, he likes communicating some of that joy to others. He has a special interest in the ways patients---and we are all patients at one time or another---are deceived by charlatans. He aims to change the world, one reader at a time. Previous writings can still be found here.

I think Michael Behe would make an excellent Elmer Fudd. Sadly I don't have the photoshop skills to pull it off.

If anyone who had actual skill wanted to, they can barrow my idea. Its a two panel comic. In one panel there is Indiana Jones opening a tomb filled with piles of "evidence" for evolution. The second panel is Behe, typing in random letters and the word "evilootion" into PubMed and getting "No matches found." The caption?

"After a disappointing first attempt to hire someone that could find evidence that evolution didn't happen, they finally hired a real winner."

But Dembski has not published any math after joining ID. Mathematicians describes it as pseudo-math. (He certainly doesn't know how to apply math practically, since he can't stick to a specific definition through a whole paper.)

I can never take people, especially anonnys, who comment in AOLspeak seriously. LOL* speak reserved for pictures are given exception: They're supposed to be silly or relating to silly critters.

    Creationists are very silly.
