This important question, posed by Benjamin Cohen of The World's Fair, is one that cannot be ignored. And, most importantly, can be quickly answered.
Why, of course Batman studies human genetics! Who else would be qualified to track the nefarious activities of the world's most evil mutants?
Penguin?
The Joker?
Riddler?
Catwoman?
Mad Hatter?
Egghead?
All candidates for the Midway section of a great state fair and clearly subjects for a crime-fighting human geneticist.
