Bill Hicks on the War on Drugs

Category: Pop Culture
Posted on: June 24, 2006 10:55 AM, by Ed Brayton

I've said before that, for my money, Bill Hicks is the greatest comedian of all time. And I came across this video from Daily Motion (similar to Youtube) and thought I'd post it here. This is Bill Hicks riffing about the war on drugs. Enjoy.

I still miss Bill Hicks. There are some fantastic comics out there, but I doubt anyone will ever replace him. You know you've got the best comedian in the world when he's even loved and quoted by Irish comic book writers and play a small but important roll in a section of their work (Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon's Preacher).
