More Insanity From Orly Taitz

Posted on: August 17, 2009 9:09 AM, by Ed Brayton

Salon has an article and audio of an interview with Orly Taitz that has her craziness on full display. There's virtually no crazy conspiracy she doesn't believe.

Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate is a fake. Boring, I know. Per Taitz, Obama's mother concealed his birth in Kenya to avoid having to process her son through immigration, because she stood to lose years' worth of welfare dollars.

It's Barry Soetoro, not Barack Obama. In Taitz's telling, he went to school in Indonesia not as Barack Obama, but as Barry Soetoro. Through his father, he holds Kenyan and British citizenship, and through his stepfather, he has an Indonesian passport.

The president has dozens of Social Security numbers. They're so obviously fraudulent that they mark him as well over a hundred years old, and from Connecticut, and from every other sort of wrong place. In addition to forging his birth certificate, he had a goon tamper with his passport, then just maybe had that goon killed. ("I'm just providing the facts. You can infer anything you want, but here are the facts: This person was cooperating with the FBI. Had to do with passport records, and he was found, shot in the head.") Obama's Selective Service certificate is forged, and a police officer looking into forgery claims was warned off by higher-ups.

FactCheck.org is not to be trusted. FactCheck.org, the debunking site that verified Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate and labeled the Birther conspiracy bunk, is unreliable, says Taitz.

"Oh, oh, oh. Oh, let me tell you about FactCheck. FactCheck does not have one single forensic document expert. They have no expert. So what I have provided has more value than what they have provided. Not only that, did you know that FactCheck.org is an offshoot of Annenberg Foundation, as well as Annenberg Challenge." Which brings us to:

The Annenberg Challenge program for Chicago schools, for which Obama sat on the board, saw hundreds of millions of dollars mysteriously frittered away. Here, I admit I paused to wonder whether the Annenbergs might not be mad at Obama over the fraud at the Annenberg Challenge, and thus unlikely to cover up for his Kenyan-ness by pulling strings at FactCheck.org. But I said nothing to Taitz.

Obama's campaign was guilty of widespread intimidation of Hillary Clinton supporters in the Democratic primaries, perhaps in addition to vote fraud through dead voters. Also Obama or someone working on his behalf has made several attempts on Taitz's life, including tampering with her car.

Google is in on all of this. Taitz hedges and hints as with the gay murders, but she seems to entertain the possibility that Google, or possibly the entire Internet, is part of the plot to cover up Obama's illegitimacy. She muses darkly on the hacking of her PayPal account and the disappearance of her Wikipedia page, as well as hundreds of thousands of lost results for the search "Orly Taitz." She wants to know how else to explain why Google flagged her Web site as a "Reported Attack Site!"

Hundreds of servicemen are getting sick from mysterious vaccinations. Taitz wants some answers on why members of the military are required to receive certain vaccinations. "Did you know that there are hundreds of servicemen, that were vaccinated, and have reported serious, severe side effects of vaccination?" I ask her why there are mandatory vaccinations. "I don't know, and we can ask the Department of Defense. There is no reason provided!" Maybe soldiers going into combat may need certain kinds of immunity?

The flu vaccine is contaminated. "There is another concern in regards to vaccinations," says Taitz, "and vaccination against the swine flu." She starts to tell me about contaminated vaccines in the Czech Republic.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez may have been rigging our elections. He can do this because he owns Sequoia Voting Systems? Did I know this? No. Neither did Google, since searching the Internet seems to indicate it's actually just a group of Venezuelans who own Sequoia, a fact I point out to Taitz.

Taitz is unfazed. "That's another interesting issue, because there was a transfer of shares. And some shares were transferred to company called Smartmatic, out of Florida. And then there were reports that actually, Hugo Chavez and people close to him own a large number of shares of Smartmatic." Oh, and there was another report, says Taitz. "But mainstream media would not talk about it. One of the founders of Smartmatic was in a very strange accident, in a small plane. Both engines gave way, and the plane fell from the sky. Interesting -- it was the sky over Caracas, Venezuela." Haven't I ever wondered how it is that Congress maintains abysmally low popularity but most members are reelected, Taitz asks. I offer the standard response: "Because people distrust the institution of Congress, but like their personal representative? Isn't that what numbers usually show?"

"Not necessarily, not necessarily," says Taitz, and moves along.

You can't penetrate crazy.

So... how long do you think it will be before we hear that 'Barry Soetoro' faked the moon landings, and that he was the one responsible for the Apollo 1 fire?

So, when you get close to her, can you actually hear the hum of stupid energy coursing through her body? I'm not sure how dangerous it is, but the beams of ignorance she shoots out might explain why everyone near her wears aluminum foil hats.

And, and, and, he KNOWS where Jimmy Hoffa's body is! He was the offstage actor behind the reversal of the Schleswig-Holstein referendum! He was the final knife in Julius Caesar (BRUTE and OBAMA have the same number of letters, see?)! He was a co-conspirator in the final destruction of Bogazkoy!

To reveal a primary source influencing at least 28% of the GOP. Taitz is absolutely newsworthy, as is the fact the GOP has descended into mass lunacy.

Mr. Brayton has missed the real story behind Orly. Actually, she is just a stalking horse for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to "investigative journalist" Wayne Madsen. How does he know this? Bibis' foreign minister is one Avigdor Lieberman who was born in Moldova. Orly Taitz was born in Moldova. Bibi and Avi don't like President Obama. Ergo, they must be the handlers pulling the strings on Orly.

Of course now, Mr. Madsen is also a 9/11 troofer and claims that the swine flu is really a case of biological weapons developed in US labs that got out.

The birther nuttiness doesn't start or end with Orly.

The questions won’t go away until obama releases his hidden records. All he has to do is make the following official public statement,

"I Barack Obama authorize the State of Hawaii to release and make public all of my records on file."

That's it. Issue over. But he won't because he's a fraud!! Obama knows that millions of citizens want to see it yet he continues to hide it. What and why is he hiding?

And maybe more disturbing is why don't BHO's supporters want to know the whole truth, especially since there's a reward of $100,000 for proof that Obama is a "natural born" citizen of the United States? The answer is that Obama’s very own supporters also know he’s a fraud!

OBAMA, STOP HIDING. SHOW US YOUR LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND OTHER RECORDS!!!!!

@Captain "When my father looks at me he's sorry he didn't jack off" Steve:

Hidden records - he's released everything that is legal and applies.

And the $100,000 "offer" - it specifically precludes the use of anything that is legal. From the website of the moron who made the offer:

"Copies or links to the previously released, Hawaiian "Certification of Live Birth", which is NOT a valid Birth Certificate, does not constitute valid proof to claim the reward.

I, Jason Hommel, promise that I will give $100,000 to the first person who can prove to my satisfaction that Barack Obama, acting as president of the United States, is a "natural born" citizen of the USA, which is a qualification to hold the office as indicated in the U.S. Constitution. "

demoted to Private Steve, #22: And maybe more disturbing is why don't BHO's supporters want to know the whole truth....

Which brings up another good point. I personally don't care where Obama was born. I mean, it doesn't really matter, does it?

Don't get me wrong. If we lived in an alternate universe where Obama really was born in Kenya in a situation where his mother was unable to confer citizenship on him, then I would be perturbed that a clear Constitutional provision was disregarded.

But aside from that technical point, I don't see where it really matters whether or not Obama is a "natural born" citizen of the US. Hell, I don't like Schwarzenegger, but I think the requirement for the President to be a natural born citizen should be deleted (through the usual process of amendments, of course) so that he could run if he wanted.

Just my opinion.

I don't know if you have the concept of a 'Vexatious Litigant' in US law. We have it in Britain. Basically if you insist on bringing half arsed law suits to court a judge can eventually say enough is enough and have you barred as a Vexatious Litigant.

As I've already pointed out:

it's highly arrogant to think that Joe Public has any right to see the 'hidden' records of the PUSA, just because they feel like they have a right to.

if one doubts the validity of the records that have already been released, then one doubts the authourity by which they were validated. As that authourity is the same one that validates the authenticity of the 'hidden' record, you are effectively denying that the 'official record' can even be true.

In essence, birthers such as captain steve are both denying the status of the Registry as an valid official office AND demanding that the records held by the Registry be released.

Apparently, Obama has changed his birthdate:

http://www.myspace.com/barackobama

Recently, he settled on Kapi'olani as his birthplace. Prior to that, both Barack and his sister claimed that he was born in Queens Medical Center. After a title search, the address in the birth anouncement presented as 'proof' of Obama's Hawai'i birth by his supporters was found to have been someone else's residence. Obama was so candid about things like cocaine and marijuana use, but won't release his college admission records. With inconsistencies and opacity like this from Mr Openness and Transparency, are you surprised that people want actual proof?

Well, the exact building in which Obama was born is pretty much irrelevant. The only relevant fact is that he was born in Honolulu, which he proved by supplying his birth certificate, and which was verified by the relevant officials in the State of Hawaii.

Jenny J, #40: Republicans are FACT BASED....

It's been a while since I've heard a Republican use an actual fact, but maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention.

Anyway, what does it matter whether Obama was really born in Hawaii? I mean, only a small (although loud, I admit) minority really believes that he wasn't. The US Supreme Court, dominated by those FACT BASED Republican appointees, even refuse to hear the case. Obama was elected, he is living in the White House, and he is accepted by the majority of Americans to be the legitimate President of the US.

So, what difference does it make at this point? I'm not saying that it doesn't matter, I'm asking you why you think it matters.

no dear liar, that was a High School newspaper that made that error. no Obama family member ever said what you claim, are you being lied to or are you the liar.

Now here's a bit of history for you, Queen Emma founded a medical center often refered to as Queen's Hospital
Queen Kapi'olani founded a materity hospital often referred to as Queen's Hosptital.

My daughter was born at Kapi'olani in 1965, my sister in law, on attemping to visit went to the wrong Queens Hospital. Gets mixed up often.

Orly Taitz is crazy. She definitely got punked with the Kenyan birth certificate. How are you going to file a court document as an attorney with fake paperwork? Do your diligence.

Obama is a natural born citizen! Get over it!

Obama's daddy is Frank Marshall Davis who was a friend of Obama's Granny in Hawaii.

http://remixxworld.blogspot.com/2009/07/frank-marshall-davis-barack-obamas-real.html

Since Obama's mother and Davis are both born in the USA and Obama was born in the USA, Obama would be considered a natural born citizen. Barack Jr. looks way more like Davis than Barack, Sr. Further, Obama refers to an "uncle Frank" in one of his books. I think "uncle Frank" was actually his daddy! I sense a prime time Maury show in the making.

I dare Orly Taitz to top that conspiracy theory!

Sorry to be a mean person, but really, they don't.

Any court challenges are moot, as Congress accepted all of the electoral votes cast in his favor. No judge has any jurisdiction over Congress' action in this case, since the Constitution left the decision as to whether a president meets the qualifications in Congress' hand.

My dear birfers,
Let me explain:
liberals don't hate or fear Orly Taitz, we love her to bits!
Every time she opens her mouth, more and more idiocies gush out, (a kind of 'projectile vomit' of A-grade craziness, not seen for years). Her hyperbolic (one might almost say delusional) rants have given we liberals hours of fun, inspiring us to invent ever increasing satirical 'Orly-like' fantasies out of the most immaterial information cemented with transparent untruths. (True, some have mistaken 'satire' for 'sarcasm', but this is possibly due to thier misunderstanding of Juvenalian wit).
The fact that some 28% (it is estimated) of the Republicans actually believe her delusions is even more satisfying.
The more staunchly the GOP believes this nuttiness, the more it drives moderates from the increasingly irrelevant, 'Wingnut'-dominated right-wing party toward the left.
This general shift to left (or toward the central right, relative to the rest of the world) is forcing the highly populated centre of US political opinion to see that the Republican Party's reliance on the Religious Right, has distorted US politics to the far right, and led to moral and financial bankruptcy, unnecessary wars, cynical hypocrisy, cronyism and corruption.
In short the US public has finally got what others around the world had been saying for some time: 'the emperor has no clothes'. Another plus is that this shift is re-balancing US politics back into the world-political mainstream. The US is comming out of the long rightist phase, not as 'the world's only superpower', but as one member of a community of some 200 states. The US has finally realised that, at best, they are primus inter pares.
So thank-you Orly Taitz. Your hard work bringing down the Republicans has ensured that the US Religious Right will be divorced from the levers of political power for, perhaps, a generation. And the US (and the world) will be a better place because of their political impotency [/rant ;)] - DJ

Cut the crap. Stop focusing on the smoke screen and realize this whole mess could be stopped now if the documentation was made available. There must be something in this. $1.400.000
is a hell of a lot of money wasted on a matter that can be resolved by the stroke of a pen. No one in their right mind pays this out without a vested interest. Stop accusing those seeking truth as nutcases and see where the real nutcases are!!
Verdict: Something here stinks!!

"There has to be something to my complaints, because I wouldn't complain otherwise."

Conclusion does not follow from premise, please try again.

Col, #59: Stop accusing those seeking truth as nutcases and see where the real nutcases are!!

Does anyone else miss the times when people "seeking the truth" would meditate on a mountain top for a few years?

@Col #59:

Inflation's particularly high, for a recession year...

Cite for (and explanation of) $1.4m, please.

And all y6ou militant atheists don't believe in demonic possession!! what more proof could you possibly have than "doctor" Taitz?

Col, #59:

One more question:

$1.400.000

Why would a European care whether Obama is a "natural born" US citizen according to our citizenship laws?

Posted by: Chiroptera | August 18, 2009 8:08 AM

@Chiroptera,

Touché! However, I don't know if Col would understand the nerdy humor of your comment.

to 64 Thanks for the question: As a Christian watching the demise of the Constitutionally Christian founded USA very closely I express concern. As you have been able to research my existence is very transparent.
to 62. Refer to World Net Daily for yourself and get up to date. I am not politically biased as per my answer to Chirotera but when I as an outsider see such a great and admirable country in pathetic unnecessary division. I open my mind to find out why. I don't accuse anyone but certainly disagree with those with their head in the sand. Peel off the peripherals and look to the solution!!
God Bless America (or is that now politically incorrect).

67

Col,
Wrong again on all counts.

America is not a "Constitutionally Christian founded USA".

You are most certainly politically biased.

If you rely on WorldNutDaily for your news, you will never be up to date but rather down Farah's rabbit hole of insanity. Enjoy that ride but don't expect the rest of us to join that foolishness or believe a word of it.

Why should god have anything to do with this? Get a grip, go outside and take a walk to clear the 'nut' out of your head.

Not politically biased and then use world net daily as a source? Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahha bwhahahahahahahahahahahah bwhahahahahahahahahahah.

Oh wait, you're being serious?

Col, citing the World net daily as a credible source qualifies as an instant fail. It's at about the same level as saying you heard it from a drunken hillbilly in a bar.

To 67. To MikeMa

Don't join the deriders when you are in ignorance Mike.
I suggest you research the Christian Standings of the founding fathers.
You are entitled to your opinion but try to base it on the truth of your constitutional setup
God bless you and America Mike (or is that offensive too).

Re Col

Constitutionally Christian founded USA

Would Mr. Col care to show us where the word Christian appears in the US Constitution. Or god for that matter. I have a flash for him. They don't, thus showing him to be a fucking liar.

Col, #66: As a Christian watching the demise of the Constitutionally Christian founded USA very closely I express concern.

Okay, now I'm thinking Poe. But, in case not:

Then why focus on a legal technicality that doesn't even concern you and that we resolved among ourselves? If you are concerned about damaging policy positions, why not critique those policies as they are proposed?

I wonder if Col knows who the US's most famos Deist were?

Posted by: theroachman | August 18, 2009 9:28 AM

Chiroptera, I think you're right. 'Constitutionally Christian' has to be a Poe.

And blatantly using WND as a link on this blog?

Yeah, good one, Col. ;-)

As to America being founded as a Christian nation, look at the following quote:

“Authored by American diplomat Joel Barlow in 1796, the following treaty was sent to the floor of the Senate, June 7, 1797, where it was read aloud in its entirety and unanimously approved. John Adams, having seen the treaty, signed it and proudly proclaimed it to the Nation.
......................................................

Art. 11. As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquillity, of Mussulmen; and, as the said States never entered into any war, or act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, it is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions, shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.”

"Only the small secrets need to be protected, the big ones are protected by public incredulity."

I'm sure someone else will pick up on this, but there is now more "proof" at wnd that something is amiss. hats off to my neighbor who forwarded me this info.

"If President Obama were indeed born in Hawaii, was it while the islands were a territory of the United States?

A new wrinkle in the dispute over his birth – and whether he is eligible to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural born" citizen – appeared today when Obama's official MySpace page declared his age is 52, thus placing his birth year at 1957 instead of 1961 as has been claimed.

That would mean he would have been born during the archipelago's time as a territory of the U.S., the islands' status from about 1900 until statehood in 1959."

Apparently this, plus the fact he hasn't turned over kindergarten records, and the fact that the white house press secretary hasn't taken the wnd reporter seriously, all point to the fact that our current president is a usurper.

I've seen several attempts by people who are sane to mimic the writing style of the folks at wnd: sorry, you don't come close. the attempts are too over the top - you don't portray the doom awaiting us as eerily as those men (and women?) do. it must be their gift and our curse.

Cite please; "Worldnet Daily" doesn't count as such. Give me the URL; not the ones that say $400,000, or $500,000, or $800,000, or $1 million.

Assuming that you are saying that this is what the POTUS has spent on defending the birther claims - can you point me at any filing by lawyers instructed by Obama or the Dems? All that money has to produce some paper.
