It's no wonder judges keep hammering Orly Taitz for not following proper court procedure -- she can't even fill out a simple form correctly. She has indeed filed to run for California Secretary of State, but she screwed it up. She didn't even put her address on the form; in the space for her address she wrote "Secretary of State." You can see a photo of her form at the link above.

Orly Taitz Screws Up Registration Form

I wonder what the legal requirements for filing are. I wouldn't be surprised if the failure to provide a valid address invalidates the form. And I would think that you'd need to indicate what office you are running for.

Ed stated:
As predicted here when Ed first announced this news:
I equate the brilliance of my correct prediction to predicting it will get dark this evening.
Posted by: Michael Heath | March 10, 2010 12:22 PM
Looking at the picture, it's apparent she misinterpreted the field labels as applying to the field above rather than below. Funny nonetheless.
Posted by: TheDude | March 10, 2010 12:31 PM
In fairness, the form was not in her native language. If, instead of the words 'Home Address', the form had said 'Oink-oink gnurf squeee squee squeeeeeeee' she would have had no trouble getting it filled out correctly.
Posted by: Big Boppa | March 10, 2010 12:34 PM
I don't see much wrong with this. Now, if she'd asked to be addressed as "Grand High Poobah of the Universe" I'd get worried.
Posted by: Uncle Glenny | March 10, 2010 12:41 PM
As much as we all want to sit back and watch Orly run for office, how fun is it going to be to listen to her screams of outrage if her application is thrown out and she's not allowed on the ballot?
Posted by: Scott Hanley | March 10, 2010 1:02 PM
@Uncle Glenny: To be fair she filled in the first line correctly. Somehow she got confused in the brief seconds between moving from one line to the next which certainly disqualifies her from Poobahhood, and IMNSHO Secretary of State.
Maybe she should use a ruler like I see some children learning to read do.
Posted by: AnonymousCoward | March 10, 2010 1:29 PM
Oh, I've accidentally written things on the wrong line of a form myself. So this lets me know right away that Orly Taitz is a real person; I can relate to her, and she can relate to me. She has my vote.
Brilliant strategy.
If she come to her first candidate debate with toilet paper trailing from her shoe and her skirt tucked into her panty hose, she'll have the Ordinary Folk vote sealed.
Posted by: Sastra | March 10, 2010 1:53 PM
It's interesting that one of the comments on that blog asks a question I've asked here before : How on earth did this moron pass the California Bar Exam?
She can't even fill out a simple form correctly.
I mean come on - at some point we need to look at the (IMHO) distinct possibility that she cheated (on the exam not the form). Or is CA bar exam adminstered via drive-thru?
Posted by: NoAstronomer | March 10, 2010 2:08 PM
Slightly off topic, but you have got to check out Orly's response to the defendants motion to dismis her Quo Warrento suit.
http://www.scribd.com/doc/28112548/Taitz-v-Obama-Quo-Warranto-Civil-Action-10-151-REPLY-TO-OPPOSITION-TO-PRELIMINARY-INJUNCTION-ORAL-ARGUMENT-REQUESTED-March-2010
it is weapons grade crazy.
Posted by: Chilidog | March 10, 2010 2:35 PM
Only for the second and third lines. The first line is plausible.
Posted by: blf | March 10, 2010 2:46 PM
NoAstronomer @ 9:
I remember those dialogues well, especially the fact that no one was able to provide a convincing argument on how this could happen in spite of the fact some tried.
NoAstronomer @ 9:
Though Ed didn't note it Ms. Taitz didn't fill out this form, one of her associates did it on her behalf. That resonated with me given I predicted a couple of days ago that even her associates couldn't fill out a form, based primarily on other associates of hers previously failing to properly file court documents on her behalf. She's surrounding herself with her equals. It must be a club, you can only join if you're both nuts and can't fill out forms.
Posted by: Michael Heath | March 10, 2010 3:36 PM
It wouldn't count either way because it's clearly a "Candidate Intention Statement" and not an "Intent to Run" form. It is clearly fraudulent, just like that "Certificate of Live Birth" thing.
Posted by: catgirl | March 10, 2010 3:37 PM
Chilidog @ 10,
Wholly shit! That's a goldmine. She's claiming the President stole someone's social security number assigned to them in 1976 - 1977 when they were 86 or 87 years old. She also claims he's stolen multiple social security cards.
She claims that the U.S. Attorneys involved are part of a RICO scam with the President and Ms. Taitz has suffered accordingly, including being insulted! Off with their heads!!!
Regarding her claim that the President "usurped" the Presidency and stole someone's social security number, Ms. Taitz provides a comedic high point:
She also argues if the court dismisses her case, that court itself with guilty of participating in this criminal conspiracy.
IANAL, but it's my perhaps fatally flawed understanding that she also appears to be appealing to ancient English law that puts her as the "interested party" (Ex Relator) against a "Quo Warranto" (ursuper). It seems to me this is her way of becoming a prosecuting attorney against President Obama to progress to discovery. She claims she's not or ever has sought Obama's removal from office after his being inaugurated.
She also claims the U.S. Attorneys have "confused" the judge.
That's merely the first three of eight pages.
Posted by: Michael Heath | March 10, 2010 4:10 PM
Also note her 'rithmetic in her blog. But then, what is a factor of 2, here or there. She'll probably think she has won if she gets 25% of the vote.
Posted by: Doug | March 10, 2010 4:24 PM
I liked the Google Ad at the bottom: 'Facing frivolous lawsuit?'!
Posted by: English Rose | March 10, 2010 4:39 PM
I presume the signature, which does look to be in a different hand, in hers. And the declaration before that is the usual “I certify under penalty of perjury under the Laws of the State of California that the forgoing is true and correct.” Which it isn't, albeit I seriously doubt anyone would prosecute/sue/whatever for screwing up an address (especially since it appears possible to file an amended form).
Posted by: blf | March 10, 2010 4:40 PM
(That is the Google ad that appeared when I followed the link from post 10)
Posted by: English Rose | March 10, 2010 4:41 PM
Michael @ 14, yeah, she wants the judge to declare that the U.S. attorneys are part of a criminal orginization via RICO.
She also lectures the judge in an very insulting manner: "Let’s try it again slowly."
The judicial rebuke delivered to Orly by Judge Land last September was a legal/literary masterpiece of smackdowns. I can only hope that Judge Royce Lamberth of this case is up to the chalenge and wipes the floor with her argumnets.
Posted by: Chilidog | March 10, 2010 4:58 PM
Reading more from "Doctor*" Taitz's filing starting on page 3. H/T - Chilidog @ 10.
She's now claiming Obama stole a deceased man's social security identity, not that the number was assigned to this "victim" when he was in his late-80s and then Obama stole it from him as I previously wrote @ 14. I misunderstood the earlier passage because of Ms. Taitz's atrocious writing and communicating skills.
She rambles on about how the U.S. Attorney findings are "rambling".
She claims the media assaulted her. Is that like the movie the blob, where the media merge into a giant monster and then slide over to Taitz's neighborhood and assault her? Only now maybe it's known as 'the Blog'.
She asks the court whether her crucifixion would be adequate in getting the court's attention that she's been harmed by advocating her case.
She refers to our forum's modusoperandi. Well, not really, but she does use the phrase twice.
She claims that her running for the office of CA Sec. of the State provides her with additional standing to bring this case. Though she also claims she doesn't require this form of standing given her reading of the qua warranto statute supposedly states no one needs standing to bring this sort of case, or has to show damages either.
She also appears to claim she brought a birfer case to the court on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, who she claims was Ron Paul's VP running mate. I googled that and could find only that someone registered their names as CA write-in candidates in 2008, I couldn't find anything where Ron Paul consented to such though I didn't look very hard.
She states she had a dialogue with Justice Scalia regarding advocacy on behalf of Gail Lightfoot on Lightfoot et al v. Bowen (I think Bowen is the CA SECSTATE) though it appears the extent of her dialogue with Scalia is that she creates a YouTube talking to J. Roberts and then she reads something written by Scalia. This is a fairly incomprehensible passage; she has a YouTube addressing CJ John Roberts, but doesn't explain how this conversation with J. Scalia supposedly occurs.
Taitz believes her theories on this conspiracy are sufficient to proceed and therefore she doesn't need to belabor the court with more evidence.
She claims that Barack Hussein Obama is not President Obama's name. Seriously. He's Barry Soetero since his name was changed in Indonesia when he was a kid and no legal name change has occurred since then.
She claimed that Judge Land sanctioned her because he's younger and more eager for promotions. She claims older judges are wiser but some are getting threatened.
She claims an 'Obama regime' exists and distinctly refers to it separately from the 'Obama Administration'. She claims these entities along with Eric Holder's Justice Dept. and "Pelosi's Congress" are causing fear of retaliation. I'm not sure who is fearful of retribution, her writing skills are atrocious, especially when to capitalize letters.
There's also a conspiracy yarn about Obama assigning a law clerk to Judge Carter. The clerk may or may not have attended college with Obama at Columbia but Taitz knows this is an Obama plant which caused Carter to dismiss her case. Plus Obama may have never attended Columbia since 400 students at that time never saw him. This seems eerily similar to the NT story that 400 people saw Jesus after his crucifixion, perhaps this is a sign Obama really is the Antichrist.
There's a wealth of comedic gold in this document. I want her to bear Glenn Beck's babies.
*Her email address is dr_taitz@yahoo.com. She also signs off as Dr. Orly Taitz.

Thanks for the tip Prup. It should be noted that Chilidog's link to the file Taitz file I've ridiculed is not located at Taitz's site.
Posted by: Michael Heath | March 10, 2010 9:23 PM
Yes, the document is on scribd.com
I know from first hand experience about the crap on her site and I won't go there, nor would I ever link to it.
I had to wipe the hard drive pretty hard to get the crap off.
Posted by: chilidog | March 10, 2010 9:33 PM
Come on, folks. When are you all going to realize that Orly Taitz is not a person -- she's a performance. It's all an act. And last night it suddenly occurred to me who is performing the role of Orly. It's Victoria Jackson!
You can see it, now that it's been pointed out to you. Right? And just think, have you ever seen Orly Taitz and Victoria Jackson together? Nope.
This is a never-ending SNL skit.
