# SciBlogs Downtime

Hi guise!

SciBlogs will be changing cosmetically a bit in the next day or two (gonna look more NatGeo and less Classic SciBlogs).

There is no point in commenting between 7 pm Eastern Time tonight and when the update is complete (sometime Tuesday, afternoonish is the goal, we will tell you when its done) , because your comments will not be transferred. Comments made before 7 pm Eastern should transfer fine.

So, youve got about two hours left if you want to say something.

Then you have ~20 hours to admit anything you want to the entire internet and the comment will disappear forever Tues afternoon.

Edit to add, since I wont be able to post tonight/tomorrow:

Oh ironies!

So– Little update until I have time to dig in–
1. Just because there are not numbers on posts now, doesnt mean there arent numbers. It means I havent found the box to click to turn on numbers. There are going to be a lot of formatting changes at first. Apparently I can do fun things with your alls commenting (icons and such). Havent decided whether that would be more annoying or helpful/fun yet.

2. Nested comments should be turned on.

3. I can alter the number of links a comment can contain before it goes to automod. YAY! Got it set at FOUR now. FOUR. Dont know if the one in your name counts.

4. Im not getting emails when you all comment anymore, so email me directly with comments/questions, because I might miss it if you leave it as a comment.
