I particularly liked how he mentioned that really saw the point of OA because he worked at a research institute where many articles one wanted to read were unavailable. Having worked with Jonathan at that very same institute (TIGR), and currently working at its successor (JCVI), I certainly agree and get annoyed when people claim that "everybody who needs to read a journal article already has access".
