Linda: Ah, you must be very young. The 60s actually ran from about 1966 through the early 70s, but kept its grip much longer. Thus, these retro pieces tend to get confused.

OK, you need to be a middle-aged Brit like me to really get this. It's a parody of Tomorrow's World,the BBC's classic science and technology program. I'll bet that the second presenter is a parody of Judith Hann, the program's longest-serving presenter and a household name in the UK at the time. Her fashion jumpsuit is a dead giveaway.
