Apparently, Google has been running a contest among K - 12 students in the US to come up with a replacement logo. And now they have 40 finalists and you can vote for the one you like.

The top one has outstanding artistic merit, but it's just hard to beat a cephalopod.

That fourth hand in the sign language suggestion is CLEARLY giving me the finger...I think I will call the Association for the Deaf and give them a piece of my mind.
