This photograph needed a caption and a lot of excellent suggestions were made. It was in fact a photograph of the Austrian Secret Police demonstrating their prowess in training exercises pursuant to the upcoming international Soccer tournaments.

All of them were terrified by the mouse. But they refused to show it. They stood on the tables and planters trying to look casual and dignified. Almost worked.
