Giant Squid Dissection:
It was a huge public dissection. Followed by a huge calamari dinner, I assume.
Alligator, escaped from New York’s 2nd Avenue Subway, turns up in Illinois:
Poor Al. He’s been upstaged by the gator and the squid.
Unfortunately, giant squid are giant bags of ammonia. Good for the garden, though, according to Doctor O’Shea… (he buried about 120 of them in various parts of Wellington and Auckland)
Colossal squid, on the other hand, are edible, though not that tasty.
