I love that they list Ben Stein as the "Creator" of Expelled, instead of, you know, "Glorified Narrator."

Dang! Stein keeps dropping off stupider and stupider comments every time he opens the mouth.

Ben Stein used to be smart. I mean, for an ultra-conservative, money-grubbing pig. Now he's just a shill for Christian creationists (aka ID promoters). Is he just doing anything for attention these days? What's next? Streaking the Beijing Olympics? Yuck. I'm sorry I imagined that picture.

I'm afraid you (US) guys are screwed. Heinlein was right. Enter the Prophet. Ben Stein is an @rse.

Is there a reason people can't cheer their government leaders? I thought that's what acceptance speeches were for, yknow, them being "speeches" n all.

I almost used this one for a Hitler Zombie parody, but I've already used Ben Stein once for that. I guess this shows that there's no brain left in his cranium.

It sounds to me like the repubs are jealous of the popularity of Obama. Considering their own candidate comes off as a whining, petulant alzheimer's case, I guess it's understandable.

Aw shucks - I had hopes the Media Matters clip was going to cut to scenes from Billy Graham rallies, or even Ratzinger at the World Youth Day festivities in Sydney...

Watching that makes my teeth hurt.

"Seventy-five thousand people at an outdoor sports palace, well, that's something the Fuehrer would have done"
The implications are clear. Tom Brady = Hitler.

Ben Stein has had an interesting career: Nixon speechwriter, actor, game show host, endorser of eyedrops... and now, apparently, he's become the Jewish guy who will compare your opponent to Hitler. He saw a void in the market and he filled it -- good for him.

Having attended a few Republican rallies out of curiosity with hundreds of people screaming in support, I don't see how that's any different from thousands.

Methinks when Obama holds his rally I'll go and whistle "Springtime for Hitler" to see if Stein jumps out of the shadows to chew on me.
