The BBC recently ran a captioning contest with this picture:
And came up with answers like:
"Breaking News: New York, an unexploded performance dancer was dug up by contractors, disposal experts have been alerted."
"Very impressive, but what bait did you use?"
and
"OK, white socks and black shoes! I'll sign the confession, just put me down!" (the first place winner).
