The Olympics (which this blog boycotted) were OK, but the real show starts tonight with the Democratic National Convention. I’ve been faithfully watching the convention … all but one (no TV in the jungle) … since I was born, though the first one I actually remember was 68. And of course, there has not been once like 68 since.
The big question tonight: Is Ted Kennedy going to appear in person? Other than that, we are also awaiting Michelle Obama’s Lemonade recipe. I think Amy Klobuchar may have a role (though perhaps just in the coverage).
I say Teddy Talks. And probably Michelle can make me start drinking Lemonade. Which I do not do now.
