I hope not. Biden makes me puke at the TV. His claim to fame is his alleged "foreign policy expertise" which is about as bad as McCain's. Throughout the 1990s, Biden was trotted out on TV every night where he could show off his hawkishness and his utter ignorance of the situation in the Balkans.

Me too.

I'm still hoping for Jim Webb or Welsey Clark. Not going to happen, I know, but I can still hope.

Clark would be and awesome Secretary of Defense in an Obama administration, though.

I hope not. I hope it's Richardson, but I don't know if that's likely at all. He had been talking about how if it were offered, he'd go to Washington, but hasn't said a word about it lately. I'll just keep hoping.

Clark knows even less about Balkans, except how to bomb it. He is a war criminal in my book. I'd be happy with Richardson.

Gore. Come on, yank Gore out of your pocket. How hard is it to get somebody awesome to sign up for four years of doing nothing after three months of campaigning.

I hope that the Biden, Bayh, Kaine toss out there was just to lower the hell out of the bar, because I'm not hot on any of those.

"I hope not. Biden makes me puke at the TV."

I agree 100%. Selecting Biden would flush Obama's change mantra right down the crapper, and seriously call his judgment into question

If Obama picks a woman, it will undercut any criticism that by not picking Hillary, he is setting back feminism. But of course he doesn't want Hillary (and Bill). So who are the qualified women? Someone who can out-debate the Republicans? Paris Hilton.
