The answer is simple: he knows that if this campaign comes down to issues, he'll lose. He was never elected for sharing Minnesotans' views on the issues, and his record in Congress has not been one most Minnesotans would approve of.Over the past few months, I've compiled Coleman's floor votes on a number of different subjects.
