Almost Diamonds is asking tough questions about what .... and when and where (in the greater scheme of things) is science, in a brilliant effort the likes of which have never heretofore been seen to do the nearly impossible to defend the idea the the social sciences can be valid even though, like "christian science" and "scientology" the social sciences use the word "science" in the name. A.D.'s effort is laudable, though some of the social sciences, I think, let her down.
