The obvious caption would seem to be "Oh, Shit!" as that likely represents both what the surfer is saying and what he is doing.

Caption: The most you will generally get from me is a link to where I found the photograph because, really, I'm not in charge of the internet...

But it is nice to know where it came from (does not obviate that it was faked).

But I am very disappointed to find that it was a dolphin and not a Great White Shark!!!

It looks like a shark to me and not a dolphin. Dolphins tail fins run laterally (probably so they can go up and down with ease as they have to breath air). sharks fins run vertically. Take a look a the photo. Now that said, a strange angle might only make it appear that way

porpoise. Bott or spinner. Horizontal caudal fin, heavy caudal peduncle. But at that roll angle, the forward body shape and appearance of the pectoral and dorsal are very sharklike. Very cool snap.
