It's only 18% yes so far. Work to be done!

I did my part, but it's not looking too good right now.

Yes. It's a violation of the principle of separation of church and state.
18%

No. The motto has historical and patriotic significance and does nothing to establish a state religion.

You would find that even PZ's hordes would have trouble with this one....
And isnt this a fairly old one?

I'm in favor of completely eliminating cash and going to an all electronic transfer system. So I have a hard time getting riled up about "In God We Trust" on money. Because if it were to be removed there would have to be a few redesigns and maybe a few reprints at the tax payer's expense. Just sack the entire system and move on. Cash sucks.

Yeah, old polls that have been thoroughly trashed by bots aren't good candidates for crashing -- they've already been crashed.

I'm just not good at this yet.

They need to work on the wording of the poll question a bit. It should be something like, "Should majority mob rule be allowed to take away the constitutional rights of a small subgroup of the population?"

"In FSM We Trust"

Leave "In God We Trust" there, but add "Everybody else pays cash" right below it.
The credit crisis could have been avoided had that been done ten years ago...

I find it interesting that the "no" justification is quite condescending to religious people.

PZ, already tried to crash this... we were at 95% at one point...
