Very nice...but if you're planning on making one of these you'd be lucky to find a second-hand wheelchair in working order, at least in the UK. You'd want a Pride (the one in the video) for preference as well, they make by far the best-looking kit. Mine cost a little over $3000, but they might be cheaper in the US.
