"I am a nice shark, not a mindless eating machine. If I am to change this image, I must first change myself. Kids are friends, not food."

forgive me, but isn't there some post mortem reflex biting action that happens with sharks? in which case:

"Hey mom! watch what happens if I push he-"
"oh please, ohpleaseohplease!.."

With you I think both terms are correct, "bated" AND "baited" breath!

After one unpleasant incident, the shark was later ruled out of bounds for future games of hide and seek.

This is absolutely sickening. Sharks are an endangered species. Over two hundred species are on the Red list. Only a few are protected. I find it sad that people still reflexively so hate and fear sharks. You have a much better chance of getting hit by lightning than being attacked by a shark. *Sigh* I guess that monkey instinct is still strong in us.

Valis, it works for snakes, too. Unless you're Australian, and on TV, what are your chances of being bit by a venomous snake?

Mind you, you won't catch me cuddling the scaly critters, either. Reason may whisper into my ear "It's probably just a harmless little grass snake", but the voice of reason is drowned right out by monkey-brain screaming "Aieee! A snake! Get a stick and kill it!!!!".

While you are in there, could you look for an i-pod?

When I asked you to give me a hand I didn't mean literally.

Mom, I think I know where dad went.
