As you know, I wasn’t a big fan of Barack Obama when he was running for President, and this is probably the biggest reason why. I’ve always felt anyone who would say they personally are against something, cannot be a fierce advocate.

Barack Obama is turning out to be a good President and he’s winning me over. I thought his speech in the Middle East was great and I like how he is willing to poke fun at himself, the big ears comments for example. However his unwillingness to support the gay community is a real problem and I will have a difficult time fully supporting him until he gets over this fear of the mo’s.

If you loved Clinton’s First Year, the remake should delight you. Obviously, having an actual black person playing the Black President is good, but I think the cleverest change was downplaying the approval of the DLC.
