I see what you're saying; Green Gargantua = New Atheists, while Brown Gargantua = Accommodationists. The real question is who does that awful talking Son of Godzilla represent?

LOL - some of my best memories of living in Kyoto in 76/77 was watching really bad Grade Z science fiction movies outdoors in the neighbouring temple grounds (right behind the house I was living in) that were a weekly staple during the summer. How bad were they - well you could on some of them see the wind up keys on the tanks :) They were so bad they were simply awesome.

I have fond memories of the Gargantua movie, if only for the fact that it was originally supposed to be a sequel to Frankenstein Conquers The World but the producers changed the monster so the link wasn't recognizable.

As for Bambi, you know there was a gripping sequel to that classic encounter, right?
