I was in the USMC during Granada: a walk in the park in comparison. But some of people I served with had also served in Vietnam and the one thing they always told me they wanted most was someone to talk with who made "sense."

I never quite knew what they meant. I just at there and listened to them.

In retrospect, maybe that's always a good place to start.
