And now for our weekly history lesson …
Bonus lesson: Hieroglyphics …
As easy as hand, eye-thingy, owl.
I love ‘Horrible Histories’, that it is a kids show is a bit of guilty pleasure but they are so well written. Just don’t look up ‘Stupid Deaths’ or the damn song will be stuck in your head al day.
The Egyptologist wife found the Hieroglyphics song pretty impressive in it’s detail (although they got the number 1 incorrect).
This is one of my guilty pleasures too, Richard D. Much more engaging than “1066 and all that”. I wish history had been taught like this when I was at School where it was a dry recital of dates and kings.
