Not much info on this:

The blood soaked rag Rolling Stone has been blocked from printing the names, photos, and addresses of gay Ugandan citizens. When the paper did so last year with the headline “Hang Them,” it was taken to court. Here is what Justice Kibuuka Musoke wrote in his ruling: “Gays are also entitled to their rights. This court has found that there was infringement of some people’s confidential rights. The court hereby issues an injunction restraining ‘Rolling Stone’ newspaper from future publishing of identifications of homosexuals.”

    Naw, don’t worry – no connection whatsoever. Just some rag in Uganda leeching the name, and trying to establish itself with sensationalist falsehoods at the cost of an already persecuted minority. As for the US Rolling Stone, off lately it’s been moving closer to what it was 30 years ago than it had been for a long while.
