Surely he would be pleased to discover this, though? He'd know it was the climate which defeated Napoleon, not the Tsar. Warmer weather would make it far easier for the Wehrmacht to conquer his waiting eastern empire, and to extract its vast mineral wealth afterwards. Indeed, he'd probably view it as further confirmation that the Abrahamic deity had some special destiny in mind for him....
