    it is kinda tragic. There are so many higher organisms around us with obvious deficits an illnesses that could be studied but instead we laborously have to find other means.

    This dog could have some neurological disorder from schizophrenia to whatnot, or may just have been drugged for the perverted pleasure of filming.

    I just wish there were programs that make the populace aware that those curiousities have great scientific value and programs would be inititated that would monitarily reward people for giving away their sick pets.

    LOL ngive me a break.. ohhh its a misunderstood dog… LOL Its a fucking freak! Funny as hell! It prolly doesnt like its foot in its meal… lol Ive seen dogs do this before. OH shit call PETA cuz my dog is retarded. There is no drugging or anything like that. Its just a wacky dawg!
