Tough from that angle, but I'll say Eastern Kingbird.
Eastern Kingbird.
The black cap/mask on that body shape is generally enough to make the call. But the extensive white tail tip makes it indisputable for an American bird.
Eastern Phoebe or Eastern Kingbird - probably the latter, but the color seems so dull... and I can't really make out that the tail tip is white, which would be a real giveaway if I could see it. There's a gleam there, but it could just as well be part of the branch as the tail.
