I’ve seen a lot of examples of animal training in my lifetime, but this certainly is one of the best because it involves not one or two animals, but a small flock .. and each bird is doing just what he or she should be doing .. amazing! [5:31]

That was very impressive! I had no idea that budgies could be trained as a group; and yes, they are certainly cute!
The routine reminded me of presentations I remember seeing on old variety shows such as Ed Sullivan’s. Trained animal acts are rather rare these days.

Budgies are my favourite pet – intelligent, loyal, affectionate, sociable, playful, inquisitive and adventurous. Never get one but at least 3. They are very attached to one another as a couple (like husband and wife) and one may die of grief when the other is gone or dead.
This is certainly my favourite video. The best of budgies so far!
