I wonder – are porcupines easier to peel than pineapples?

(I see Grrl has used Marc’s comment to rename the thread. I wish I had power like that)

i dont get it why is it a creationists nightmare, have they a fear of porcupine’s or do they really love bananas or something. Are hiccups the ultimate proof that there is no god…I didn’t get that memo?

the weird name for this blog entry is due to something you wouldn’t know about because i was being silly and didn’t tell you. i found this cute video while searching youtube with the search terms; “creationism banana”. i was searching for responses to the original video that makes the claim that bananas are an atheist’s nightmare. this was one of the videos that popped up, although i am not sure exactly why. but it was cute, so i used it.

    Hi:

This really is a dream job! I have experience with prickly subjects So, do I qualify to help in this profession? I have a LOT of experience being a WITCH too. Also a word that rhymes with it. How is the pay? I am willing to clean cages. With direction of course! My “superior” (ha) must tolerate my witchcraft rituals on the job tho.

    Hi Dolores. Thanks.
Can you bring your own bananas?
I’d like to see the porcupet’s next vid in which it confronts a prickly pear.
    Also, re hiccups:
They do put the kybosh on any claim of intelligent design. That many species get them demonstrates common ancestry.

There are creationophobes out there who continue to attack Creationist ideology because they want to believe there is no God and therefore need not worry about the heathen lifestyle they are living. You know it’s true. What else would cause you to be so combative about something that you say is bogus? Just let us believe a fairytale if that’s all it is. I never hear you all complain about the Easter Bunny or the Tooth Fairy.

…so why exactly is this a creationist’s nightmare? Reading through the comments I can see that it’s an inside joke, but I just don’t get it.

Charlie is evidently insecure. Why else would he want to spam his entry? Obviously trying to brainwash people to his way of thinking. MAGIC!
