Women: Don't Drive!

More homework. Actually, even though blind agreement with whatever a man tells me is part of my social etiquette homework, I must point out that women are much safer drivers than men, based on miles driven. Better yet, this research was carried out by a man, so it must be true.

LOL video! That's what I thought. Most women are safer. Besides, they are greener. I just read this study - they say that women are more likely to buy electric cars and hybrid vehicles than men.

Haven't time to locate it again but I once read that deaf drivers were safe drivers, in fact safer than most hearing drivers. I mention this as I'm required to wear a hearing aid driving. In practice, I suspect *looking* matters just a tad more than hearing... :-)

(That'll be the obvious guess as to why deaf drivers might be safer: they probably pay more attention to visual cues.)
